Ginger is one of the best teas to this season for its qualities to heat, and other wonderful qualities we see in this space. I will recommend the ginger compresses, this pack will help ease the pain of the lower back and energize the kidneys if you feel tired. The heat of the ginger stimulates circulation and nourishes the descending energy of the body. It is better to seek help from a partner, a friend or your daughter to help with this, but you can also do it by yourselves if necessary.
To make the napkin, put boil 3 quarts of water in a stainless steel pan. When the water boils, cuts a piece of fresh ginger and scratches, shows the juice and add water, add the grated ginger in a bag for infusions or in a suitable fabric. Securely tighten the bag on the water, and then releasing entire inside of the pan. Lower the heat and let the ginger water boil for a few minutes.
