Newcomers to Stockholm after a nice Christmas thought of making this wonderful dessert to bring some festivity to this dark , cold and long winter in Sweden.

ingredients:
1 packet of biscuits spelled sweetened with rice syrup
1 jar of rice Amazake
ECIPE delicious tiramisu, no sugar, no lactose ..
Newcomers to Stockholm after a nice Christmas thought of making this wonderful dessert to bring some festivity to this dark, cold and long winter in Sweden.

ingredients:
1 packet of biscuits spelled sweetened with rice syrup
1 jar of rice Amazake
6 tablespoons ground almonds
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 can cream of almond or oat
5 tablespoons rice syrup
1 small glass of mirim, sweet rice wine.

preparation:

Mix the ground almonds and cocoa powder and almond add the cream and stir well.
Heating the mixture in a pot for a few minutes and let cool.
In a square glass pan, pour a thin layer Amazake.
On top, place the biscuits soaked in rice wine.
Over cookies placed a layer of cocoa mixture, very important that this mixture is warm.
Add another layer of biscuits soaked rice wine.
On top of another layer of crackers Amazake.
Another layer of the mixture of cocoa.
On the cocoa mixture another layer of biscuits soaked in sweet rice wine and finally a final layer of Amazake.
Allow to cool in the fridge overnight.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
