Yolanda

REVITALIZED AND TRANSFORMED WITH SPRING YOGA PRACTICE.

This spring yoga sequence, meridians aims the liver and the gallbladder, and is intended to rejuvenate and harmonize these meridians, and thus access to the creative potential of the body.
These meridians, energy emissaries, go through these organs, thereby enhancing physical health, enhance the "chi" (energy) of the liver to harmonize the emotions and the overall flow of energy. The liver meridians start at the tip of the big toe, climb the internal lines of the legs, enter the trunk through the groin, and pass through the liver and gallbladder, then the lungs, throat and head , to finish in the eyes. The gallbladder meridians start at the outer edge of each eye and travel through the neck into the liver and gallbladder. After walking the outside of the hip and leg, to its end point in the fourth toe. If you pay attention to your feelings while doing yoga practice, you will feel how these postures gently stretch these energy pathways called meridians.

In Taoism and traditional Chinese medicine, the wood element is dominant in spring. The wood grows from winter wet. That incubation arise deep roots in the ground and grows toward the light of the world to expand. As the wind blows and the weather changes, the tree is stable and flexible, constantly adapting to changes in their environment in order to survive and prosper. Evolves thanks to its resistance.

If you are near a tree to inspire you in your garden or in your neighborhood, spend some time with him and feel their roots, their years, their strength, their strength. Feel the same qualities in you and ask how you can have more faith in those qualities, how can you remain rooted in troubled times ...

A practice that really suits me is at the end of each day writing in my journal, about everything I've done well, the progress we have achieved in this way, I feel like a tree with deep roots, I feel good subject and I tell myself that my energy grows, expands and moves upward as a tree. Celebrate small growth that looks!

Dirígete a tu corazón, atrévete a realizar tus deseos escondidos.

Spring, rebirth, renewal and creativity

After winter break dormancy and emerges the spring, green leaves arising from the bare branches, birds chirping, the intensity of the light, the flowers that open to the air still cool, everything emerges with renewed energy. Our lives have color, aroma and beauty as the flowers that open our way. Up to us we want to find all the potential that lies within us, is at our disposal, we just have to activate it.

The May 1 is celebrated Beltane (also called Day May 1). Originally a Celtic fire festival, which worshiped fertility of all things, the Beltane is the traditional time for celebrations, particularly weddings and the city time to plant and harvest. All these parties arise in this incredible time of spring emergence as an invitation to start over.

Now is the time to act, to commit and focus on all the desires of our heart. Head to your heart, dare to fulfill your hidden desires. You'll know you're doing when you feel the excitement. passion and amorousness in your life plans and if you're afraid, like flowers you will grow beautiful, colorful and radiant!
